We are searching for a Call Center Representatives to join our growing team at Vaughn Automotive. This department consists of answering calls for all our dealership locations from one central call center, assisting customers with sales/service appointment scheduling, and following up with customers after their purchase to make sure that we have fulfilled their requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
Assist callers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system
Keep directory of location/telephone extensions for assignment personnel
Deliver incoming calls to the correct personnel/extentions
Update and maintain facility directory
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering top-tier customer support
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed
Meet performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate call center systems
Effective multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Service Porter
The Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the operation of our service department. This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Collision Manager, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.
Job Responsibilities

Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations
Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed
Move vehicles from intake area to storage area
Move vehicles inside and outside of collision center to help achieve production standards
Maintain a neat and orderly production and paint areas by sweeping, removal of trash and discarded parts as well as other actions required to maintain the appearance of the production and paint areas
Maintain other areas of the collision center such as the offices, storage areas and around the outside of the collision center
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
Save and tag all warranty parts for storage

Education and/or Experience

Operator Driver's License (must be insurable and ability to drive a standard transmission).

 The Accounting Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining the dealership’s vehicle inventory records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting department.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Bill New and used vehicle deals and post into accounting
Bill wholesales and dealer trades and post into accounting
Process payments received for new and used car deals and dealer trades
Perform account reconciliations
Review account detail daily to identify issues, errors or irregularities
Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed
Accurately input details of new and used vehicles (VIN, mileage, color, features) into dealership management systems.
Verify and update inventory costs, including factory invoices, shipping fees, and dealer-installed options.
Arrange for Drivers for all locations and post all cost involved to correct vehicle.
Post inner company transactions
Physical inventory at all locations     
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will offer the following:

Previous experience in accounting, inventory management, or a similar role (automotive dealership experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., DMS) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree in accounting or a related field is a plus).
